Using a latest generation machine for the laser cutting of tubes, extrusions and
open profiles, our new line of laser cutting in fiber allows us to execute precision works, yet preserving the
integrity of the internal parts of the pieces. We manage to realize an endless variety of profiles and gaps, as
well as to overwrite on different kinds of tubes, such as mild and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, copper
and aluminum alloy.
The use of fiber laser cutting, compared to other machines and conventional tools
used to work tubes, entails many advantages in the different production phases of each piece: cutting,
deburring, drilling, shaping or gapping of different forms and overwriting, are carried out in a single passage
obtaining a finished and clean piece.
The single piece is processed through a specific CAD software, designing in the best
way the required product. This technology allows us to evaluate how to operate to obtain lower tolerances, as
well as assisted joints and fixings for complex structures. All these aspects improve the productivity and
optimize the final production costs.
