The versatility of our new Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Line, a state-of-the-art machine for the Laser Cutting of Tubulars, Profiles, and Open Profiles, allows us to carry out high precision work while also preserving the integrity of the pieces even on the internal surface, and to create an infinite variety of shapes and openings as well as inscriptions on tubes of various kinds such as: Mild and Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum Alloy.
The use of the Fiber Laser Tube cutting, compared to the conventional machines and equipment that are used for the processing of tubulars, offers significant advantages in various aspects, in fact, the combination of the various processing phases that each single piece has to undergo: cutting, deburring, drilling, shaping or openings of various forms and inscriptions even through, are executed in a single pass obtaining directly the finished and “clean” piece.
Each single piece is processed through specific CAD software designing the requested product at best, indeed this technology allows us to evaluate in advance how to operate to achieve the lowest tolerances as well as the easiest joints, fittings, and fastenings, even for complex structures, all this while improving productivity and optimizing the final realization costs.
